Our Team

David has over 25 years’ experience in organisational and people development – both as trusted consultant and working at Board/Director level – with expertise in performance sport, commercial and rights strategy, group operations, and in the betting and gaming industries. 

He is a registered IIP consultant and EMCC qualified executive coach – with extensive cross-sector experience working 1-to-1 with clients from the media/entertainment, financial/business services, pharma/health, and telecoms/IT sectors. As a coach, he specialises in EI, enhancing perspective and building resilience, as well as senior board level group facilitation. 

David is a former England rugby union junior international, and made his first class debut for Rosslyn Park at the age of 18. He now spends his more active moments swimming, cycling and gymming – plus sharing the ‘yo-yo’ experience of successive Premier League promotions and relegations as a supporter of Norwich City FC. 

Warwick has had a varied career in education, sport and business. He has led and implemented Government reform programmes in the education sector and conducted workforce reviews in sectors as diverse as the hospitality, nuclear, IT, manufacturing, engineering, construction, sport, health and the leisure industries.  

Warwick has extensive experience of ‘people development’ nurturing the skills of leaders and teams to optimise their performance. He is a highly skilled learning and development practitioner with an emphasis on interaction, application and experiential learning opportunities. Warwick is a certified Emergenetics™ Associate, facilitating learning with an informal approach yet focussed on what works for the individual. 

Warwick enjoys the outdoors and good ‘hilly’ walks and is an avid cyclist (having reached ‘that’ age). Having experienced many sports, some to a decent level in his younger years, Warwick is more a sports enthusiast, with a real passion for (ice) hockey of which he travels extensively to experience the ‘buzz’.
